Why did you start this show?
I felt a calling to share the knowledge I have gained from being in my self-development journey.
What do you hope listeners gain from listening to your show?
I hope that listeners take some knowledge from my episodes and feed it into their lives. My mission is to encourage listeners to live to their fullest potential.
Which episode should someone start with?
'How To be Elegant and Put Together' is my most popular episode, but I personally love my 'Building Real Confidence' episode.
Which have been your favourite episodes so far?
Of course my 'Building Real Confidence' episode because I dive into where I personally found my true confidence from.
Which episode are you most proud of?
'Whole, Not Half: Embracing My Mixed Heritage' episode, because it took further courage to record it and I allow myself to be vulnerable.
What is your vision for your show?
I want to reach as many listeners as I can, female and male, to help contribute to their self-development, self-love journey. Additionally, I aim to reach those who aren't in their personal development journey and guide them into it gently.
What is your favourite other podcast that isn't yours?
My favourite one at the moment is Mel Robbins podcast - she is really great!
How did you come up with the name for your podcast?
Honestly, I was just laying in bed thinking about a memorable name that matches the theme and mission for my show.

I started my personal development journey over 2 and a half years ago, and I wish to help others' on their journey too. I am passionate about expressing one self and living to my fullest potential.
